About Us

3D Girls, Inc. was founded from a simple but powerful belief: Girls deserve to feel seen, safe, supported, and prepared for the future — and families need a village to thrive.

3D Girls, Inc. began in the summer of 2012 when Founder and Executive Director Raioni Madison-Jones, a young mother with a heart for service, started mentoring a small group of eight girls.

Raioni knew firsthand the power of mentors, teachers, and community leaders who show up for young people. As a former educator and human services professional, she understood that girls need more than encouragement. They need exposure, guidance, support, and safe spaces where they can build confidence and dream bigger.

Those early mentoring sessions grew into meaningful experiences that helped girls explore the world around them — from after-school meetings to weekend outings, career exposure, community service, and life lessons that followed them into adulthood.

Over time, 3D Girls, Inc. expanded from a mentoring group into a nonprofit serving young women, girls, mothers, and families across metro Atlanta. Today, our work is rooted in a multigenerational model that recognizes a simple truth: when girls are supported and caregivers are strengthened, families become more stable and communities become stronger.

3D Girls, Inc. builds family wholeness by cultivating confident, future-ready girls and resilient mothers through education, wellness, and emergency assistance services — because it truly takes a village for families to thrive.
