Raioni Madison

Executive Director at 3D Girls, Inc. | Community Cultivator | Cultivating Communities Through Innovative Leadership

Raioni Madison is a passionate and accomplished community cultivator dedicated to empowering the next generation. As the Executive Director of 3D Girls, Inc., she leads a dynamic non-profit committed to educating and empowering young women and girls through advocacy. With over a decade of experience in youth development, Raioni is a proven leader in cultivating communities through innovative leadership, consistently driving positive change in underserved educational environments.

A strong advocate for educational equity, Raioni holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Science from Clayton State University and a Master’s in Family Studies and Human Services from Kansas State University. She is an alumna of the Teach for America program, where she honed her skills in leadership and systemic educational improvement. Her innovative approach to community support was recognized in 2020 when she was honored as Social Innovator of the Year by Plywood People for her impactful efforts supporting families during the COVID-19 pandemic. 

Under Raioni’s strategic leadership, 3D Girls, Inc. has significantly impacted over 500 young women and girls annually, fostering their development and unlocking their full potential. She’s built a career around creating opportunities and empowering young people. She launched the Girls Link Up Pitch Competition, introducing over 40 elementary and middle school girls to entrepreneurship, STEAM skills, and public speaking.

Recognizing the need for collective action, she  co-leads The Girls Cooperative of Atlanta, uniting 11 partners to improve city-wide outcomes for girls. To expand crucial access, she has formed high-impact partnerships with entities like Georgia Power and Amerigroup, significantly broadening STEAM education and career exposure for youth. 

Raioni has raised over $2 Million Dollars in grant funding to support girl-serving organizations in the last three years. She had led a variety of instructional workshops, trainings and spoken on panels to support BIPOC leaders sustainability in the nonprofit sector. Raioni’s dedication is consistently forging a more equitable future.
