Nonprofit Strategist, Speaker & Executive Director
Raioni Madison is a high-impact nonprofit leader, community cultivator, and fund development strategist with over a decade of experience driving systemic equity and youth development. As the Executive Director of 3D Girls, Inc. and Co-Leader of The Girls Cooperative of Atlanta, Raioni has mobilized multi-sector coalitions, established high-profile corporate partnerships with brands like Georgia Power and Amerigroup, and raising millions in grant funding to scale girl-serving initiatives in under-resourced communities.
A former educator and Teach for America alumna, Raioni leverages deep sector expertise to train BIPOC non-profit leaders, design sustainable organizational frameworks, and speak on community-led innovation. She holds a Bachelor of Science from Clayton State University, a Master’s in Family Studies and Human Services from Kansas State University, and was recognized as Plywood People’s Social Innovator of the Year for her crisis-response leadership. Raioni is available for keynote speaking, executive consulting, and workshop facilitation focused on leadership sustainability, collective impact, and program design.
