Girls Link Up is designed to support youth by addressing social and emotional needs while building confidence and exposure to STEAM pathways, including science, technology, entrepreneurship, arts, and math. We operate through afterschool programming, summer camp, fall/winter break camps and targeted tutorial sessions. Participants meet weekly for live STEAM instruction, mentoring, job shadowing experiences, and health and wellness education. Programming is grounded in culturally responsive, trauma-informed practices that foster belonging, leadership, and academic growth.
Our four-week summer experience operates Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Daily schedules integrate academic instruction in the mornings with enrichment and STEAM project-based learning in the afternoons. Academic sessions focus on improving math fluency and strengthening reading skills using science as a contextual learning framework
